Lodging Rates and Policies

Rates:

May 1 - November 30:  $135.00 + Tax per night - single or double occupancy

December 1 - April 30:  $110.00 + Tax per night - single or double occupancy

Additional Guest:  $15.00 + Tax per person per night

We accept cash,  personal check or you may pay with a credit card through PayPal via our Reservations page.

Includes:  Breakfast served either al fresco or en suite

Check-in:  3:00pm  Check-out:  11:00am

We appreciate a phone call at 828-577-1848 when you know your estimated arrival time so that we may greet you. 

Special Needs?

If you have dietary or other special needs, please let us know when making your reservations and we will do our best or accommodate you.

Policies:

Deposit of one night’s lodging is required at the time of your reservation. 

Reservations cannot be confirmed until the deposit is received.

Deposit will be fully refunded if cancellation is received seven days or more prior to arrival (e.g. if your reservation is for the 17^th, cancellation must be received by the 10^th in order to receive full refund). 

A 50% refund will be given if cancellation is received between days 4 and 7 prior to arrival. 

No refund will be given if cancellation is not received four days prior to arrival date. 

Cancellations may be made by phone or e-mail (828-577-1848 or reservations@boulderridgebedandbreakfast.com).  You will receive a cancellation confirmation.

Smoking is not permitted in the home nor on the grounds of Boulder Ridge.  We reserve the right to assess a cleaning fee should guests fail to adhere to this policy. 

 We love animals, however at this time we cannot allow guests to bring pets (our own four-legged spoiled children bark if there are visitor pets).
